Step 1: Setting Things Up

Before you can set up a deal room, you need to create an account with CueCard. In order to get access to CueCard, you’ll need to hop on a quick call with us. In this call, we’ll take you through all the existing and upcoming features. If you’re still not convinced we’ll let you try out our platform with no risk! You can have up to 5 active deals, 10 document uploads, and unlimited RFP and questionnaire completions. Head over to our pricing page to choose a package and get things started!   

Step 2: Initiate Your First Deal Room

Once your account is active, navigate to the main dashboard. Here, you'll find the option to "Create a Deal ." Click on this to begin the setup process.

Step 3: Define the Deal Parameters

  • Deal Name: Give your deal room a name that is easily recognizable and reflects the nature of the deal. 
  • Upload Documents: Once you’re in you'll be greeted with a friendly dashboard. You’ll need to set up a few key things to properly start the Deal Room. First, upload all the documents related to the deal and let our AI do its magic.
  • The Mutual Action Plan (MAP): This is the section where you set the objectives and the timeframes. You can add all the tasks and their relevant deadlines. You’ll also be able to upgrade the progress as the deal moves forward. The MAP ensures that all participants are aware of where exactly the deal is at any given time.

Step 5: Invite Participants

Invite key stakeholders from your team as well as the client’s side. CueCard allows you to send invitations via email directly from the platform, ensuring everyone necessary is included in the deal room. You’ll also be able to copy a link and forward it to them directly. We are working on a control panel where you’ll have more control over the access. Step 6: Monitor and Manage the Deal

With everything set up, your final step is to manage and monitor the progress of your deal through CueCard's dashboard. Here, you can:

  • Track Engagement: See who is interacting with your documents, how many times they viewed it, and what sort of questions they asked from the AI regarding the deal or documents.
  • Update Objectives: As discussions evolve, you are able to update the mutual action plan and ensure that everything is on track.
  • Taking a pre-emptive approach: CueCard’s AI interactions are recorded and you are able to know exactly what your prospects’ concerns are and take a preemptive approach in trying to address them. By doing so you are able to increase customer satisfaction as well as get one step closer to closing the deal.
  • Close the Deal: Once all conditions are met, you’re final step is to close the deal. You can mark it completed and move on to the next!
