Dealroom falls into a vertical of sales enablement called Mutual Action Planning. At its core, the idea is that in order to close a deal, you need to get multiple stakeholders looking at the same information. Without dealroom, you would probably send people several email and then you might have a number of convoluted email threads each having disparate pieces of information – you can read more about this here.
Dealroom cuts through all of that by providing a collaborative workspace that you can use to share the documents and material that would be relevant to your prospect. From there you can share out the dealroom via a link and anyone who has access to that link will have access to the contents of the dealroom.

To that extent, we actually connect with your CRM to grab the opportunities and deals in your pipeline to autocreate deals in your dealroom. And it’s all bi-directional, if you update that deal in your CRM it’ll get reflected in the dealroom.
We currently only integrate with hubspot, but we will soon integrate with pipedrive and salesforce.

Just like how the sales knowledge chat indexes your knowledge base to help answer questions for salespeople, we’ve also integrated this with our dealrooms as well. The basic idea is that whatever documents you upload into your dealrooms will be indexed by our AI. From there, every dealroom will have a deal-specific chatbot that customers/prospects can.

There’s a couple of ways a dealroom can get sent to your customers. The easiest is to rely on our email automations. Basically, we will send emails out to any prospects you’ve assigned to the dealroom. From there, we will send periodic nudges based on documents added and different time cadences as well. Alternatively, you can just copy the link and send it out more manually if you want to have tighter control.
